
This problem might be caused when ingame trainers - car spawners are used heaviely. To avoid it, start new game OR load your savegame and remove the cars parked near the safehouse, save and restart the game. This bug is caused because of cars saved near the safehouse and then replaced by another model. However, you may also replace taxi.wft,taxi.wtd and police.wft,police.wft with the original files (using Spark tool) to add extra traffic variety. Then you should have reasonable mix of cars appearing on the streets by setting vehicle density below 30 ingame. If you notice there are too many taxis, make sure the TrafficControlSystem works (by pressing ~ ingame). traffic is now more time and location adjusted supercars appear very rarely on the streets
